Walkers Window Cleaning LLC is fully insured and committed to the highest standards of care. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to windows, frames, screens, or surrounding property. Liability is limited strictly to damage directly caused by our services.

By requesting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to our payment policy, which requires full payment within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to submit payment may result in late fees or additional collection actions.

All customers will be given the opportunity to inspect completed work and report any concerns before payment is collected. We're not done until you're satisfied.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Changes to scheduled service must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or same-day rescheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $100, at the discretion of Walkers Window Cleaning LLC.
